The AGM of Perranporth Ladies Section took place after the competition .
There was a good turn out for the AGM . Jacquie Lang presented her Treasurer’s and Secretary’s reports and Jenny Potter gave her Captains report in which she thanked the members for raising £2,378 for her charity The British Heart Foundation.
The proposal from the Ladies Committee, that only members that hold their handicap at Perranporth can enter the individual knock out competitions was passed unanimously.
The trophies and prizes were given out.
Mandy Wright won the Ringer,Par Tee cat. 4, Medal Play Off Shield, LGU Breakthrough Breastcare Cancer Brooch, Most Improved Lady Member, Twilight Trophy and Anniversary Cup and was runner up in the Knock Out Plate.
Karen Furness was Runner Up in the Knock Out Cup,won the Bronze Winter and Summer Eclectic, Par Tree cat 5 and the Bunny Trophy.
Vicky Lee Comyn won the Knock Out Plate, League points Winner and was runner up in the Ringer and the Silver Summer Eclectic.
Jan Sargeant won the Rype Cup.
Jane Rowse won the Knock Out Cup and the Saljo Shield.
Jacquie Lang was runner up in the Bronze Summer Eclectic, Anniversary Cup and the Twilight Trophy.
Angie Chapman won the Silver Summer Eclectic.
Vera Eade was runner up in the Medal Play Off Shield and 3rd in the Anniversary Cup.
Birgitta Varcoe wad runner up in the Winter Bronze Eclectic and 5th in the Anniversary Cup.
Jackie Mallett won the Silver Winter Eclectic, Niki Wraight was 4th in the Anniversary Cup and Jo Rysdale won the Birdie Tree.
Jan Sargeant was elected Captain with Sara Taylor as Vice Captain
The Committee vacancies were voted for and Christine Fogarty, Niki Wraight and Mandy Wright were elected for 3 years with Lauren Hulston elected for 2 years.
Jan presented Jenny with a gift from the Ladies.
There was no AOB and the meeting closed at 3.20pm
