26 Ladies played in the qualifying round for the Daily Mail Foursomes. The format was Stableford. The weather was unseasonably good with sunshine all the way.
In 1st place with 35 points on countback and representing Perranporth Ladies in the knock out stage of the competition were Dawn Emmerson and Sandra Loomes.
In 2nd place also on countback with 35 points were Jan Sargeant and Nikki Hodge
In 3rd place also with 35 points were Rosie Broger- Bareham and Jenny Potter
