Perranporth Ladies got their defence of the Gammon Trophy off to a good start with a win 6 – 1 against Bude at St Enodoc in overcast but dry weather. The games were all played in good spirit with games much closer than the end result looked with 3 matches decided on the 18th and 2 more on the 17th. The course was in excellent condition and everyone enjoyed a meal together afterwards. A big thank you to the regular band of supporters were there to cheer on the team and joined everyone for the meal.
