16 Teams of 3 played in the Rose between Two Thorns Mixed Competition in fantastic summer weather. Almost no wind at all which is a rarity for Perranporth.
The format was teams of three, one woman, two men with a scramble drive, 2 scores to count .
In 1st place on countback with 68 points was Debbie Douglas, Dave Cann and Brian Skewes MBE
In 2nd place also on countback with 68 points was Christine Fogarty, Terry Gill and Terry Crowle
In 3rd place also with 68 points was Vera Eade, Rob Ham and Andrew Taylor
In 4th place on countback with 66 points was Jenny Potter, Steve Nelson and Steve Cloke
The raffle raised £300 which was split between the Captains Charities, Penhaligans Friends for the Ladies and the Phoenix Acute Stroke Unit for the mens.
