Despite the weather forecasters warning of heavy showers and the distant rumblings of thunder the whole field stayed dry and after the recent rain the course was a little more user friendly.
In 1st place and winning the 6’s Shield with 77 points were Margaret Oliver, Sue Carveth and Karen Greenwood.
In 2nd place with 76 points were Sarah Shobrook, Angie Chapman and Karen Furness.
In 3rd place with 74 points were Jill Hoskin, Mandy Wright and Dawn Emmerson.
