The final of the Rype Cup was played between Lauren Hulston and Jo Rysdale in very windy weather. The format is 36 holes, scratch matchplay and was refereed by Lady Captain, Jan Sargeant.
After the first 18 holes Lauren had taken a 4 hole lead, during the second 18 holes Jo made a comeback, but Lauren eventually prevailed with a win on the 35th hole by a 3&1 margin.
Congratulations to Lauren for her win and also to Jo for reaching the final and making a good match of it.
